Rumsin Khoshaba represents and counsels employers in a diverse range of labor and employment matters. Rumsin’s work includes claims arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), including single plaintiff and class action claims.
Before joining Morgan Lewis, Rumsin served as vice president and senior counsel for a prominent national company headquartered in Chicago. Prior to that, he was an associate in the litigation and dispute resolution practice of an international law firm.
While in law school, Rumsin served as a student writer and contributing editor of the Iowa Law Review. He also served as a judicial extern to Chief Justice Kathryn E. Zenoff of the Illinois Appellate Court, Second District, as well as a law clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Iowa.
