Ruby Way works with clients in complex litigation with a focus on eDiscovery issues. Working with clients and firm attorneys, she helps clients to effectively navigate through the eDiscovery process in civil litigation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings. She manages the full electronic discovery process, including the preparation of search terms; data collection and assessment; review of data; quality control assessment; and data production.
Ruby maintains an active pro bono practice, working to promote public interest with groups such as the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ruby served as in-house counsel and human resources director at an IT and business solutions company and practiced in the field of probate law in San Francisco. Ruby is fluent in the Burmese language.
