Sagiv Y. Edelman represents broker-dealers, investment advisers, and other financial institutions in investigations, examinations, and litigation before the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and other financial regulators. Sagiv also provides counsel on various regulatory and compliance matters.
Sagiv also maintains an active pro bono practice that has included drafting amicus briefs to the US Supreme Court on behalf of civil rights organizations in First Amendment and voting rights cases.
Before joining Morgan Lewis, Sagiv worked as an associate at a prominent law firm in New York. While attending law school, he served as marketing editor for the Emory Law Journal and interned at The Coca-Cola Company and the SEC.
