Samantha Hall advises clients on complex employee benefits and executive compensation matters. She assists with the administration of employee benefits arrangements and compliance with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and the Internal Revenue Code (IRC). Samantha prepares and negotiates employment, separation, and change in control agreements, as well as equity and other incentive arrangements. She also has experience with benefits and compensation issues in corporate transactions. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Samantha was an associate in the employee benefits and executive compensation group of an international law firm. Samantha’s preferred pronouns are she/her/hers.
