Samantha R. Padilla is part of a team advising clients on a broad range of labor and employment matters, including litigation and counseling. Samantha helps employers and management comply with US federal, state, and local labor and employment laws, as well as relevant regulations. She also counsels on issues relating to wage and hour disputes, retaliation, and discrimination.
While in law school, Samantha worked full-time at a multinational investment bank as an employment law paralegal. She was a staff member on the Fordham Urban Law Journal and a member of the Fordham Law Moot Court Board, serving as an associate editor of the Mentor Competition in 2016.
Before attending law school, Samantha worked as a corporate human resources generalist.
