Sam Mirkin represents private investment fund sponsors in the structuring and capital-raising stages, and provides ongoing advice to fund sponsors on fund-related matters. Sam represents sponsors in hedge, venture capital, growth equity, and buyout funds, as well as funds of funds, secondary funds, and co-investment funds. He also represents alternative asset investors, including corporate pension plans, funds of funds, and secondary funds in their venture capital and private equity investments.

Sam previously worked in the private investment funds practice group of an international law firm where he had a broad range of experience representing sponsors and investors in the private fund space.
