Sarah Jayne Cohen represents clients in complex commercial litigation and white collar investigations in a wide range of industries, including healthcare, retail, life sciences, and transportation. She recently successfully defended a Fortune 300 company in arbitration relating to an alleged data breach. Sarah has also represented clients in class actions and multidistrict litigation.
While in law school, Sarah was a member of the Federal Appellate Clinic, where she wrote appellate briefs to the Eleventh Circuit, and the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board. She was also a member of the Academic Achievement Program as a Dean’s Fellow in both civil and criminal procedure.
