Sarah L. Huff’s practice focuses on counseling and litigation on a broad range of employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, restrictive covenants, breach of contract, compensation disputes, and ERISA matters. Sarah represents clients in single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, and collective and class action litigation before federal and state courts, administrative agencies, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and the American Arbitration Association.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Sarah worked in the employment and employee benefits group of another major law firm in New York, where she counseled and defended hedge funds, private equity funds, pension funds, private schools, and numerous nonprofit organizations on a broad range of employment matters.
Prior to law school, Sarah taught preschool in Phoenix, Arizona as part of her commitment to Teach for America, a nonprofit that works to provide an excellent education to America’s most underserved communities.
While attending Harvard Law School, Sarah was actively involved in the Women’s Law Association and served on Harvard’s Journal on Law and Gender. She also participated in the Estate Planning Clinic at the Legal Services Center of Harvard Law School, providing estate planning services to indigent clients.
