Sarah E. Iyere represents corporate borrowers, direct lenders, and institutional lenders in a number of US domestic and international commercial finance transactions. She focuses on secured credit facilities, leveraged acquisition financing, and other debt financings. Sarah served as the Executive Notes Editor for the Business & Entrepreneurial Law Review at University of Michigan Law School. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Sarah interned for the Department of Commerce and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
