Sarah C. Palmer works with public and private companies on a broad range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, financings, and corporate governance matters. She also assists startups with formation, governance, and growth. Sarah maintains an active pro bono practice, assisting low-income entrepreneurs with entity formation and working on a variety of immigration matters.
While in law school, Sarah worked as a legal intern in-house at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, as well as at Social Finance, Inc. where she focused on structuring complex pay for performance transactions. She also worked as a proxy voting and corporate governance analyst at the Bank of New York Mellon.
