Scarlett Chen focuses her practice on corporate transactions involving Hong Kong initial public offerings (IPOs), mergers and acquisitions, post-listing compliance, and general corporate matters. She represents issuers and underwriters in numerous IPOs on the Main Board and Growth Enterprise Market of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (SEHK). Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, she worked at an international law firm in Hong Kong. Scarlett is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
