Scott L. Shannon advises real estate developers, owners, operators, investors, and lenders in the acquisition, financing, entitlement, construction, leasing, and disposition of office buildings, shopping centers, medical facilities, energy projects, and mixed-use projects. He negotiates and drafts purchase and sale agreements; retail, office, medical, and industrial leases; and joint venture and management agreements.
Scott represents national and international companies, real estate investment trusts (REITs), institutional lenders, and investors. Previously, Scott worked as an associate at a top Los Angeles boutique real estate law firm.
