Seth Moreida concentrates his practice on US federal and state tax matters, with a focus on the taxation of structured finance transactions. Seth previously worked as a tax attorney in the IRS Office of Chief Counsel’s Large Business and International Division, where he worked on a variety of international, corporate, and partnership matters. As a student, he won Fordham Law School’s Milton Young Award for Academic Excellence in Tax Coursework. Seth's pronouns are he/him/his.
