Stephany Fan’s practice includes assisting US and international telecommunications carriers and technology companies with regulatory matters before the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and state public utility commissions. Her work includes domestic and international licensing, regulatory compliance in response to various corporate transactions, and representing clients in rulemaking and complaint proceedings. In addition, Stephany advises investors and companies in the technology sector regarding potential privacy and regulatory issues.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Stephany was a legal and policy fellow at the Future of Privacy Forum. She also served as a legal intern at the FCC in the Enforcement Bureau and the Wireline Bureau.
While attending law school, Stephany held leadership positions in the Georgetown Journal of International Law, the Asian Pacific American Law Association, and the Women’s Legal Alliance.
