Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Shannon practiced at another international law firm where she represented publicly traded companies, hedge funds, pharmaceutical companies, landlords, real estate investment trusts, auto parts manufacturers, financial institutions, and institutional investors in trial and appellate litigation. Her practice focused on a wide range of legal issues, including securities, white collar, antitrust, real estate, hostile and friendly takeovers, shareholder, and derivative litigation.
