Shannon Delaney is part of a team that focuses on diverse transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financing, joint ventures, spinoffs, and strategic alliances. Other areas of work involve restructuring, tax, and securities, including public and private equity and debt offerings. She advises clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies and investment banks to emerging market companies. Shannon is fluent in French and previously worked at a French company in the United States for its in-house legal and executive teams.
Prior to attending law school, Shannon worked as a high school French teacher, and as a French transcriber for a Paris-based company. Additionally, she taught French to an executive team at a company located in the US.
