Shannon Hayes works with our team of investment management lawyers on advising funds, managers, financial services firms, and institutional investors on the full spectrum of formation, investment, transactional, regulatory, and compliance matters. She has legal experience with corporate finance, education policy, pharmaceutical litigation, general litigation, and transactional matters. Shannon has also worked in government affairs, and has think-tank experience handling policy in the domestic politics and cybersecurity spaces.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Shannon worked for two years with JPMorgan Chase’s Consumer & Community Banking group. While in law school, Shannon completed the law & business program at the University of Virginia School of Law, and served as a First-Year Council representative and Student Bar Association representative. She also studied Israeli business law & innovation at Tel Aviv University, and French & European Law through the University of Paris.
