Silki Patel is part of our team serving clients that face business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations, regulatory enforcement, and criminal allegations. She represents clients before the US Department of Justice (DOJ), the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Before joining Morgan Lewis, Silki served as an associate counsel at JPMorgan Chase, where she focused on litigation, government investigations, and regulatory enforcement and advisory matters.
Silki graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School with a Certificate in Management from The Wharton School. While in law school, Silki served as a Legal Fellow in the Office of the US Senate Majority Leader, where she directly supported the Chief Advisor to the Majority Leader on Tax and Economic Policy, and as a Law Clerk on the US Senate Finance Committee.
