Sook Kim advises both public and private companies on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, joint ventures, restructurings, and corporate governance issues. She represents companies of all stages, from emerging growth businesses to larger public corporations. Sook also has experience in the renewable energy industry, representing both project sponsors and financial institutions in the acquisition, sale, development, and financing (both debt and tax equity) of various renewable energy projects.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Sook worked in Seattle, Washington as a corporate attorney. She is fluent in Korean.
