Spencer Anderson advises sponsors and managers of private investment funds in structuring, formation, investor negotiation, and regulatory compliance matters, as well as with respect to the structuring of fund management organizations and carried interest arrangements. He has experience advising fund managers across a broad range of asset classes, including private equity and venture capital funds, rolling “series” funds, hedge funds, crypto investment vehicles, and impact investment funds. Spencer previously worked for two other law firms in the District of Columbia, and one based in Pittsburgh.
