Suzanne Bassett advises clients in matters involving products regulated by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) including prescription and non-prescription drugs, medical devices, food and food additives, generally recognized as safe (GRAS) substances and packaging, dietary supplements, and cosmetics.
Suzanne previously served as regulatory counsel at the FDA, Center for Tobacco Products, Office of Compliance and Enforcement. While in law school, Suzanne was a member of the American University Business Law Review and a management analyst at the Department of Justice, Executive Office for US Attorneys. Prior to attending law school, she attended the Integrated Graduate Program in the Life Sciences at Northwestern University’s Fienberg School of Medicine.
