Taylor D. Horn represents companies in single-plaintiff and class action employment matters, covering such issues as family and medical leave, complex wage and hour issues, workplace discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and representative actions brought under California’s Private Attorneys General Act.
During law school, Taylor served as the online editor and executive editor for the Berkeley Journal of Employment and Labor Law. Taylor focuses his pro bono practice on issues facing students in K-12 education.
