Thenuga Vijakumar counsels litigation and arbitration clients on cross-border dispute resolution, insolvencies and restructurings. She represents companies in the banking, construction, energy, and technology industries. She holds a first degree in Business Management and was part of the pioneer batch of Juris Doctor graduates in Singapore.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Thenuga pursued business management at the Singapore Management University and holds a double major in Corporate Communications and Marketing. She also worked as a Teaching Assistant in the Business faculty and has participated in business missions to Chile, New York and Israel. Thenuga subsequently graduated with a JD from the faculty of law at Singapore Management University where she also worked as a Teaching Assistant.
Thenuga also serves on the board of a local charity which has obtained the status of an Institute of Public Character.
