Thomas Klanderman’s practice involves all facets of commercial real estate, including: acquisitions; sales; mortgage and mezzanine financings; joint venture arrangements; hotel franchise and management arrangements; and leasing transactions relating to office buildings, hotels, multifamily rental properties, commercial condominiums, shopping centers, and other real estate projects. He counsels financial institutions, developers, equity investors, landlords and tenants, and hotel owners and operators.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Thomas was a partner in the corporate practice of another international law firm.
