Thoth V. Weeda’s practice involves all phases of electronic discovery, corporate investigations, and criminal defense, compliance, and regulatory matters. He manages discovery and advises clients in diverse industries on complex and often sensitive corporate internal investigations and criminal enforcement issues. Thoth’s experience includes matters involving alleged antitrust and FCPA violations, securities fraud, and other business frauds. He is fluent in Spanish, Italian, and French and conversant in Portuguese and German.
