Tiffany Frank Amir’s practice includes representing institutional lenders and corporate borrowers. Tiffany works with clients on secured credit facilities, acquisition financing, loan syndications, and other financial matters. Concurrent with her law degree, Tiffany also attained her master’s degree in business administration. She previously interned at the Budapest, Hungary office of an American law firm. Tiffany is fluent in spoken Hungarian.
