Tiffany Hsu advises public and private companies on corporate matters, including venture capital financings, cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance, and corporate governance. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, she externed for James Otero, judge of the Central District Court of California. She also counseled low-income Chinese clients at the Southern California Chinese Lawyer’s Association Legal Clinic.
At the UCLA School of Law, Tiffany was associate editor of The Journal of Environmental Law and Policy and served as chair of UCLA’s China Law Conference. Additionally, with her background in neuroscience, Tiffany’s research on multiple sclerosis was published by the Stanford University School of Medicine.
