Timothy J. Geverd helps represent clients in diverse areas, including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations, criminal defense, and class action defense. Timothy has experience representing pharmaceutical companies and other large corporations in a variety of complex civil litigation, including False Claims Act litigation, products liability litigation, and class actions. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, he worked as a commercial litigation associate in the Washington, DC office of a large international law firm.
While attending law school, Timothy worked as an intern in the Office of Commissioner Joshua D. Wright at the Federal Trade Commission and served as the executive editor of theGeorge Mason Law Review. After graduation, he served as a law clerk to Judge B. Avant Edenfield on the US District Court for the Southern District of Georgia.
