Teri E. Kirkwood litigates across a broad spectrum of employment claims in US state and federal court. She has experience with matters involving wrongful termination, family and medical leave, and racial and sexual harassment, as well as discrimination claims based on race, sex, gender, age, disability, national origin, and religion. With her track record at the US federal and state level, Teri also brings an extensive background and training as an employment mediator to her role as an employment litigator.
Before joining Morgan Lewis, Teri worked as a sole practitioner focusing on mediation and litigation. She also served as a partner and headed the employment practice of a boutique California law firm.
