Tracey F. Milich assists clients in responding to Requests for Additional Information and Documentary Materials (Second Requests) from the US Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), as well as Standard Merger Notifications (Form CO) before the European Commission. She has worked with clients from a variety of fields, including heavy manufacturing and financial services, and has represented clients in criminal and civil cases involving allegations of price-fixing and monopolization.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Tracey served as a paralegal specialist for the Appellate Section of the Antitrust Division of the US Department of Justice. She also was a paralegal at an international law firm.
