Tracey F. Milich represents clients in merger clearances, civil investigations, criminal/cartel investigations, class action antitrust litigation, and counseling/compliance programs. She also assists clients in responding to Requests for Additional Information and Documentary Materials (Second Requests) from the US Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and coordinates competition merger filings in different jurisdictions. She has worked with clients from a variety of fields, including pharmaceutical, technology, financial services, and heavy manufacturing.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Tracey served as a paralegal specialist for the Appellate Section of the Antitrust Division of the US Department of Justice. She also was a paralegal at an international law firm.
