Trevor W. Holmes works closely with clients from a variety of industries to ensure that client benefit plans remain in compliance with the requirements of the Internal Revenue Code, ERISA, and related statutes. He advises employers and human resources professionals on matters related to tax-qualified retirement plan design and documentation, IRS correction programs, health and welfare arrangements, and fiduciary compliance under ERISA.
Trevor partners with a diverse group of clients that include large publicly traded corporations, governmental employers, multiemployer plans, educational institutions and non-profit organizations. This broad background gives him a unique insight that allows him efficiently resolve benefits issues that his clients face. Before joining Morgan Lewis, Trevor was an associate in the employee benefits group at a boutique labor and employment firm in Chicago.
