Tuyet T. Nguyen represents employers in all aspects of employment-related litigation. She specializes in the defense of complex wage and hour class, collective, and representative actions. Tuyet also defends employers in single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, whistleblower retaliation, and wrongful termination lawsuits, as well as state and federal governmental agency charges, investigations, and audits. She provides counseling and advice on a broad spectrum of employment-related issues, including disciplinary and termination decisions, wage and hour compliance, and the drafting of employee handbooks and various employment-related policies and agreements.
