Tyler A. Probst advises clients in the entertainment space in connection with secured and unsecured financings, acquisitions, dispositions, and other corporate transactions. Outside of the entertainment industry, Ty has a broad array of corporate law experience principally focused on institutional lending, project finance, structured finance and securitizations, and securities offerings. Ty has represented clients in a variety of industries including, among others, media, energy, pharmaceutical, hotel, restaurant, and insurance, and also has experience working with family offices and high-net-worth individuals.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ty worked in the corporate department of a prominent law firm in New York City where he focused on corporate finance and general corporate matters. Additionally, Ty served as outside general counsel to a family office and its family trust company.
Ty is an active member of the New York City Bar Association and has served as co-chair of two of its programs regarding virtual currencies and also as a member of its Committee on Commercial Law and Uniform State Laws.
While in law school, Ty served as a member of the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal, a constitutional law review.
