Tyler C. Winters represents and advises private equity and other strategic buyers and sellers on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, as well as other general corporate matters. Tyler has represented clients across a broad variety of industries, including technology, healthcare, construction, telecommunications, and manufacturing.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Tyler worked for Marriott International, at its corporate headquarters. During law school, Tyler was the head executive editor for the Journal of International Law, and also served as president of the Penn Law Public Speaking Society.
