Valerie M. Toth represents clients in complex civil litigation, including in large multi-district litigation (MDL) proceedings, class actions, and qui tam actions. She also represents clients in government investigations and compliance and regulatory matters. Valerie has represented clients in a wide range of industries, including healthcare, pharmaceutical and life sciences, retail and e-commerce, banking, and technology industries.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Valerie worked for a large international foundation, where she secured strategic partnerships with the private sector to support economic development and disaster relief projects throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. She also advised corporate clients on immigration compliance matters for Latin America and the Caribbean at a global business immigration firm. While attending law school, Valerie was on the editorial board of the Inter-American Law Review. She is fluent in Spanish.
