Valerie Wandler oversees the human resources policies and practices for Morgan Lewis’s 3,800 lawyers and professional staff. Valerie’s experience spans the whole of human resources management, including United States and international compensation, executive and board compensation, employee benefits, wellness, employee communications, shareholder services, compliance, and human resource management systems (HRMS). She also brings knowledge of oversight of policies, programs, talent attraction, development, and succession planning.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Valerie served for nearly 15 years as senior vice president of HR services at Aramark in Philadelphia, where she was responsible for all aspects of executive and board compensation, domestic and international compensation practices, employee benefits design, finance and administration, communications, shareholder relations, and HRMS, and a past member of Aramark’s Diversity Council. She also serves as an adjunct professor at Temple University, where her classes focus on HR Analytics and big data, along with other HR-related MS courses.
