Veronica M. Nelson leverages more than eight years of experience as a commercial litigator to develop solutions for the business and legal risks associated with data and defensible responses to compliance initiatives and litigation. She collaborates with clients and key stakeholders to execute effective approaches for managing data regarding information governance, litigation readiness, privacy concerns, as well as proactive and reactive electronic discovery (eDiscovery) best practices.
Veronica actively engages with the information management and eDiscovery community regarding trends and thought leadership by speaking on panels and lecturing at legal-technology events and institutions. Topics include the intersection of information governance and cybersecurity, an introduction to eDiscovery best practices, and a lawyer's cheat sheet for electronically stored information.
