Vicky Liu has more than eight years of experience practicing at international law firms and as regulator with the financial market regulatory body in Singapore, Shanghai, and Hong Kong. She focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and capital market practices in China and Southeast Asia. Vicky also advises on securities regulation, ongoing regulatory compliance, and debt offerings.
