Victoria Peng-Rue focuses her practice on government enforcement investigations and litigation as well as antitrust and commercial litigation. Victoria advises clients in connection with internal investigation and enforcement actions brought by government regulators, including the US Department of Justice (DOJ), the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and the Commodities Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). She has represented financial institutions, technology companies, pharmaceutical companies, oil and gas companies, and other entities and individual clients in high-stakes litigation, including class actions.

Victoria actively participates in several of the firm’s initiatives. She currently sits on the New York office’s Women’s Steering Committee. She has previously served as chair of the New York office Committee on Associates, an associate representative of the firm’s Asian American/Asian Lawyer Network, and a member of the New York office’s Recruiting Committee.

Represented a semiconductor company in connection with claims alleged under Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act and Section 5 of the FTC Act concerning licensing and chip supply practices
Represented a US public company in a federal criminal prosecution for violating US Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations
Represented an oil and gas company in a breach of contract arbitration resulting in a favorable settlement
