Tori Weir focuses her practice on counseling institutional investors in debt, leveraged finance, and corporate transactions. She represents institutional investors in US and cross-border debt financings, with a focus on secured and unsecured private placements of debt securities. She also advises institutional investors and other institutional lenders in mezzanine financing and leveraged acquisition transactions.
Additionally, Tori has borrower-side experience in bank financings and private placements of debt, as well as a broad range of experience in US and international corporate and capital markets transactions.
Before joining Morgan Lewis, Tori was a senior counsel at another global law firm. She previously served as general counsel of a publicly listed marine and energy consulting company.
