Tori Weir focuses her practice on counseling institutional investors in debt, leveraged finance, and corporate transactions. She represents institutional investors in US and cross-border debt financings, with a focus on secured and unsecured private placements of debt securities. She also advises institutional investors and other institutional lenders in mezzanine financing and leveraged acquisition transactions.
In addition, Tori has borrower-side experience in both bank financings and private placements of debt, as well as a broad range of experience in US and international corporate and capital markets transactions.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Tori was the general counsel of a publicly listed marine and energy consulting company.
