Vineeta Kamath represents clients in the telecommunications, media, and technology sector, with a practice that encompasses regulatory matters, corporate transactions, and litigation. She counsels on foreign investment issues before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) and Team Telecom agencies, and advises on the negotiation of mitigation agreements. Her regulatory experience includes licensing before the FCC and state public utility commissions.
Vineeta also has commercial litigation experience and, prior to law school, was a paralegal specialist at the US Department of Justice Federal Programs Branch, where she was awarded a Special Commendation for Outstanding Performance for her work as a member of the “Don’t Ask Don’t Tell” trial teams.
