Vladimir Konchakov focuses his practice on complex public and private mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, joint ventures, private equity transactions, and venture capital financings with an emphasis on life sciences transactions. Vladimir represents clients that include public and private companies, financial institutions, and corporate investors. He advises on a variety of transactions and general corporate matters, including cross-border and domestic acquisitions, as well as corporate litigation and real estate matters. Vladimir speaks German, English, and Russian.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Vladimir served as a legal clerk at the Regional Court of Mannheim. He has also worked as a research assistant in the tax, corporate, and litigation practices of leading international law ﬁrms in Frankfurt as well as an attorney at law in a boutique law firm advising clients on litigation and construction matters.
