Valerie Pearce oversees Morgan Lewis’s global real estate, operations and procurement strategies and practices across the globe—in the United States, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. She leads the team responsible for real estate site selection, lease negotiations, lease administration, space design and construction, and space utilization.

Operationally, Valerie oversees the firm’s leading-edge legal research team, its travel programs, the vendor management office operations, and the firm’s property and casualty insurance programs.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Valerie served as Chief Administrative Officer at a global Big Four accounting firm.
