Wayne Song focuses on renewable energy transactions. Wayne represents developers and private equity/financial investors in energy and infrastructure project development, finance, and mergers and acquisitions. He also assists energy industry participants in the negotiation of commercial project contracts, including construction contracts, power purchase agreements, equipment supply contracts, and operations and maintenance agreements. Wayne has been consistently recognized in Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business since 2008.
In the renewable energy project field, Wayne helps develop greenfield renewable energy projects, including acquisitions and financings. Wayne speaks frequently at renewable energy conferences on project finance and development.
