Yanina F. Kim represents employers in all aspects of employment litigation, including single-plaintiff lawsuits involving claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Yanina was an associate in the labor and employment group of a national law firm.
While attending Loyola Law School, Yanina served as a member of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review and as a judicial extern to Judge Richard L. Fruin of the Los Angeles Superior Court. She also conducted preliminary hearings as a certified law clerk on behalf of the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. Upon graduation, Yanina was elected to the Order of the Coif.
