Zachary (Zach) Hill is a litigator with a focus on strategic problem solving and a strong technical aptitude. He represents clients in a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal court, with a focus on matters involving enterprise resource planning software and related issues.
Zach has experience in most aspects of litigation. He has drafted and argued several dispositive motions; he has worked closely with both damages and technical experts through all phases of discovery and trial preparation; and, he has extensive experience working with vendors and IT personnel to resolve many complex ediscovery issues.
Zach received his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he served on the executive board of the Prison Legal Assistance Project and represented clients in the Predatory Lending Clinic of the WilmerHale Legal Services Center.
