Zachary S. Stinson represents employers in a wide range of employment litigation matters. He regularly represents companies facing discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination claims, whistleblower claims, and wage and hour class actions. Zach also has experience litigating restrictive covenant, non-competition, and trade secret cases. In addition to representing clients in all phases of employment litigation including trial and appeal, Zach advises clients on internal investigations, personnel policies, employee discipline, and workplace accommodations.
