Zi Han Shiah counsels clients on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance matters. His work covers a variety of transactions and includes initial public offerings (IPOs), secondary fund raising, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and private equity investment. He also provides advice on matters relating to joint ventures and corporate governance. Zi Han is fluent in Mandarin.
Zi Han also has experience in dispute resolution and has advised and represented clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters relating to insolvency, arbitration, intellectual property, and shareholders’ disputes.
While attending law school, Zi Han participated in the 14th International Maritime Law Arbitration Moot in 2013, where his team was first runner up.
