Zuza Savoff focuses her practice on the tax aspects of structured finance transactions such as asset and mortgage transactions and other complex financial instruments. She also advises clients on tax aspects of business transactions and investment structures, with an emphasis on US federal and international tax matters.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Zuza was an associate at another large international law firm in New York, where she focused on the US federal tax aspects of transactions involving private equity and hedge funds. While attending New York University School of Law, Zuza was also a law clerk at Goldman Sachs’s tax department, where she analyzed corporate, international, and financial product tax issues
