Abbey M. Glenn specializes in complex class action litigation arising under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). She represents plan sponsors, fiduciaries, and service providers in litigation involving retirement plan investments, plan fees and expenses, employer stock, and retiree medical benefits. Abbey has broad experience in fiduciary breach and employee benefit matters and litigates in courts nationwide. In addition to her litigation practice, Abbey counsels clients on risk management and represents clients in investigations brought by the Department of Labor. She also has experience in employment matters and defending claims involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in both federal and state court.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Abbey was a fellow in the firm’s Public Interest Fellowship Program, working within the Office of the Attorney General in the California Department of Justice. While in law school, Abbey served as a judicial extern to Judge Edward M. Chen of the US District Court for the Northern District of California.
